Alpha update 1.08

Last fixes patch for the tournament, and some extra goodies:

Content:

•  Implemented spellbook

Fixes:

• Fixed determination not giving power
• Fixed oathstone not blocking initiative use right on top of it   
•  Added one more failsafe to hopefully avoid end turn event going forwards twice, since saw this still happen once   
•  Deckbuilder now handles restricted traits, not allowing illegal setups   
• Added version number visible in the main menu   

Visuals:

• Made character visual mirroring look better (adjusts based on left vs right side of board, and always different looking directions if on same column)
• Added VFX to some warrior/druid ability cards
