Update 1.24

Another batch of S3 coming in!

• Added Baron, Ruffian and Executioner specialisations
• Fixed Nurture not revealing the chosen card
• Bloodspatter now doesn't target when being played, but rather when resolving, which is the correct way to do it
• Barter now checks range for if it is eligible to play already when in hand
