Alpha update 1.05

Few fixes, and pushing in more visuals for more fun!

Visual changes:

• Added effect to radiant mantle damage effect
  
• Added effects to illusionist self targeting ability cards
• Added effect to gaining relics
• Added effect to light of dawn damage option
• Added effects to enchanted terrain
• Added effect circling your character when you have disarm, silence, or slow on you
• Added glowing effect under resolve button to make it more noticeable
• Added effect to echoes, mind spike and confuse (confuse probably still needs some delayed start effect)

Fixes:

• Fixed warpfire giving resources as if it stunned a second time if it zeroed out target's resources on play
  
• Fixed attached cards placed on top of terrain possibly covering up the token visually
• Increased log length to better help debug bugs, sometimes it was not adequate
