Update 1.27

Poacher specialisation has been added! Time to topdeck some Marges (looking at you Daniel)

Fixes:

• Fixed Adders kiss not working (name was missing apostrophe)
• Fixed discarding tread lightly from your deck not having the trigger work correctly
• Fixed puppeteer not falling off from attached traits that get destroyed
• Fixed Mark not falling off if puppeteered and you target other players
• Re-enabled a commented out fix that stops host from calling next card to resolve before other player is checked to be in same gamestate for certain; not sure why this was commented out, so hopefully it works all around, keep your eyes open for other issues! 
• Added reminder text when opponent is making a payment choice from counters to better track gamestate
